Willow Tree also provides an Assessment Manager which allows administrators to define and manage their own custom forms for capture. The powerful interface provides full control over assessment template titles, sections, question fields and collected values. User input can be validated against built-in types (text, numbers, dates, phones numbers, postal codes, customized lists and many more).
